IN Cure of MS is honored to present David Mattson, MD with the 2022 Jeff Zaniker Nautilus Award for his dedication to serving those with Multiple Sclerosis. His dedication to patients with Multiple Sclerosis and his perseverance in research is making a difference to those in our community.
Dr. Mattson specializes in neurology at IU Health. Dr. Mattson is a professor of neurology and the director of the Indiana University Multiple Sclerosis Center. He earned his medical degree at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Then, he completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship at National Institute of Health.
The Jeff Zaniker Nautilus award will be presented to individuals who demonstrate the exceptional strength and resilience of the nautilus – individuals who have overcome great adversity while inspiring others to action.
