Q: What time does the event start?

A: The VIP reception starts at 5:30pm for Title and Gold Sponsors. Doors open at 6:00pm for the cocktail hour. The program and dinner will begin at 7:00pm.

Q: Where is the event being held?

A: The Crane Bay Event Center, 551 W Merrill St, Indianapolis, IN 46225

Q: Do I need a ticket?

A: Yes. All guests must be registered through Qtego.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Black and gold cocktail inspired by 24k Magic

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes, parking is available at The Crane Bay Event Center

Q: Will there be food?

A: Yes, dinner and a program will begin at 7:00 PM. Additional refreshments may be served throughout the evening.

Q: Is there assigned seating?

A: Yes, tables are assigned. You will receive your table number when you check in that night.

Q: How do I participate in the silent auction or donate?

A: Guests are encouraged to register through Qtego in advance. https://qtego.us/qlink/incureofms

Q: What type of entertainment is planned?

A: Entertainment will take place at the conclusion of the night. The 2025 entertainment will feature 24K Magic, the #1 Bruno Mars tribute band — get ready to dance the night away!
